Launch
New ships leave the yard at midnight — named, stocked, and ready to sell by morning. Each gets its own flag, its own harbor, its own crew of one very opinionated robot.
Sail or scuttle
We watch the weather. Ships that find wind get more sail; ships that don't are quietly returned to harbor. The fleet stays small, strange, and worth boarding.
